RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via e-mail or at 719-291-7283.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, and offer a no hassle 60 day return policy.  We will refund your purchase in full upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions.

Please keep in mind that the colors in our photos may vary slightly according to your computer monitor and viewing capabilities.  The settings on your computer monitor, such as brightness, color and contrast, can affect the way my images are displayed.

SHIPPING

Shipping is via FedEx or UPS, so a street address is required. Special shipping arrangements can be made for an additional charge.

Shipments to the US and Canada are calculated based on size and weight at the time of checkout.      

We are happy to ship any order overseas, but must calculate shipping offline by e-mail or fax. Once we know what items you wish to purchase, we then calculate shipping specific to your destination and due date.

If your package arrives damaged please call us immediately at 719-291-7283. If you suspect damage to the items inside, make a claim with the shipper, and call us as well, we will then determine the necessary action for replacement.

Shipping rates are determined by the size of the print you order. Up to $30, shipping is $7.50. $30.01 - $75.00, shipping is $9.50. $75.01 - $145, shipping is $11.50. Orders over $145.01 shipping is $15.50.

TAXES

Sales tax is included in the print price.

PRINT PRICING

All printing is done by Fine Print Imaging, a professional lab which has specialized in photo printing for over 30 years.

All prints are shipped matted with a single white mat and a foamcore backing for protection.
